On November 30th, Finishing the Task launched the first-ever Finishing the Task (FTT) Healthy Church Conference in Africa, hosted by the All Africa Baptist Fellowship. The inaugural gathering in Kigali, Rwanda made history as 3,166 participants from across denominations and 39 nations came together to learn in 3 languages how to grow healthier churches that will mobilize members towards the Great Commission.
Participants received training from experienced leaders and coaches Pastor Rick Warren, Rev. Dr. Antoine Rutayisire, Pastor Andy Wood, Pastor Brian Moss, and Pastor Ryan Nunez across eight sessions on topics like “Commissioning and Sending Out Your Members on Mission” and “What Will it Take to Finish the Task?” The global Body of Christ is coming together in unity for the goal of finishing the task!
