Job Description:
As the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology solutions that support our mission to reach new audiences and increase the exponential impact of our witness. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the most complete database of contacts of Christian leaders from every denomination and evangelism or mission organizations around the world. You will be required to work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the technology strategy that supports our mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technology solutions that support our mission to reach new audiences and increase the exponential impact of our witness.
• Support the most complete database of contacts of Christian leaders from every denomination and evangelism or mission organizations around the world.
• Work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the technology strategy that supports our mission and goals.
• Assess the current technology infrastructure and identify areas of improvement.
• Develop partnerships with technology providers that can provide the necessary tools and systems to support our mission and goals.
• Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure that our data security and privacy protocols are maintained at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to ensure that our technology infrastructure remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in technology.
• Strong experience with database management, software development, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for Christian ministry and a strong desire to use technology to further our mission.
