Job Title: Director of Partnerships

Description: The Director of Partnerships responsible for catalyzing Christian leaders from various groups to begin worshiping and praying together, encouraging and supporting the formation of task groups that are focused on fulfilling the Great Commission, and providing opportunities for Christians to serve and engage in mission work, both at home and abroad. The Director of Partnerships is also responsible for promoting and facilitating grass-roots collaboration and partnerships among Christian denominations, organizations, and ministries, maximizing impact for exponential growth, and building mutual understanding and trust among different groups.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a partnership and strategy to meet organizational goals

• Identify potential partners and build relationships with them

• Recruit and develop partnerships with denominations, churches, mission agencies, key individuals, and Christian NGOs to share the FTT mission and goals

• Catalyze Christian leaders from various groups to begin worshiping and praying together

• Encourage and support the formation of local, regional, national, and continental task groups that are focused on fulfilling the Great Commission

• Provide opportunities for Christians to serve and engage in mission work, both at home and abroad

• Promote and facilitate grass-roots collaboration and partnerships among Christian denominations, organizations, and ministries

• Maximize impact for exponential growth by networking and building relationships with key leaders and influencers in every Christian denomination and ministry organization

• Encourage open and respectful dialogue between denominations to realize how much we have in common as followers of Christ

• Build mutual understanding and trust among different groups

• Attend conferences and events to network and promote the organization

• Provide leadership and guidance to the partnerships and unity team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field

• 7+ years of experience in partnership development, unity, or a related field

• Proven track record of successful partnership development and unity initiatives

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership and managerial skills

• Knowledge of the Christian faith and experience working in Christian organizations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to travel to meet with partners and attend conferences and events

The Director of Partnerships plays a critical role in promoting unity among Christian denominations, organizations, and ministries, and building partnerships to maximize impact for exponential growth. This individual must have strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills, as well as a proven track record of successful partnership development and unity initiatives. The Director of Partnerships must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have knowledge of the Christian faith, and be willing to travel to meet with partners and attend conferences and events.
