Job Title: Director of Collaboration

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as our Director of Collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Christian ministry, and will be responsible for facilitating collaboration among churches, denominations, and organizations in various areas around the world. The Director of Collaboration will play a critical role in teaching and promoting the principles of effective collaboration, as well as in planning and hosting events, webinars, and conferences that bring together Christian leaders and believers from around the world to learn, share, and collaborate on the Great Commission. The successful candidate will be able to foster a sense of intergenerational and global solidarity among Christians, connecting generations and transcending cultural and geographical boundaries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategy for collaboration among churches, denominations, and organizations around the world.
Identify potential partners and work to build relationships with them, fostering trust and mutual respect.
Provide training and coaching to churches and organizations on effective collaboration techniques, including communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
Plan and host events, webinars, and conferences that bring together Christian leaders and believers from around the world to learn, share, and collaborate on the Great Commission.
Work closely with partner organizations to develop joint initiatives that advance the mission of the Christian church.
Foster a sense of intergenerational and global solidarity among Christians, connecting generations and transcending cultural and geographical boundaries.
Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of collaborative initiatives and partnerships.
Manage a team of collaboration specialists, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to support the mission of the organization.
Maintain a high level of awareness of emerging trends and best practices in collaboration, and adapt the organization’s approach accordingly.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration within the organization, promoting teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Christian ministry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of five years of experience in collaborative leadership roles within Christian organizations or non-profits.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across diverse organizations and cultures.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving ambitious goals.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
Passion for Christian ministry and a deep commitment to the Great Commission.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
