Women of Influence Summit 2025: Empowering Women to Help Fulfill the Great Commission
From June 3–5, 2025, over 100 women from 30 nations gathered in Fiuggi, Italy, for the Women of Influence Summit (WINS)—a catalytic gathering hosted by the Global 33 Initiative as part of a broader Global 2033 leadership movement. The purpose? To empower, equip, and mobilize women of faith who are transforming their communities to step fully into their God-given identity and leadership roles as we press toward fulfilling the Great Commission by 2033.
Women from regions and nations across the globe, including Poland, Egypt, Uganda, Malta, New Zealand, the Philippines, and more, united with a shared vision: to lead alongside men in global mission, embrace their calling, and multiply kingdom impact.
FTT’s Lisa Pak spoke on the crucial role of women in completing the Great Commission, affirming that now is the time for women to rise, lead boldly, and labor in unity for the sake of the Gospel.
WINS is designed to go beyond a singular event, and instead represents a transformative initiative in which women from across the globe are inspired to respond to God’s call and step into the mission he has for them. The event’s key purposes included:
- Global Vision: Gaining a deeper understanding of the global impact of women shaping God’s mission around the world
- Empowerment: Unlocking God-given potential
- Connection: Building Spirit-led relationships across cultures, generations, denominations, and experiences, cultivating unity that prophetically reflects Jesus’ heart — his longing for his Body to be one.
- Transformation: Overcoming challenges and becoming part of God’s solution for a broken world
- Legacy: Equipping and inspiring the next generation of women leaders to carry the torch forward
Through powerful worship, prophetic prayer, strategic sessions, and moving testimonies, attendees were not just inspired and commissioned. They left with action plans to develop leaders, tools for local evangelism, and a renewed commitment to fulfill God’s mission in every context with eyes set on 2033.
