Most Christians have never been equipped to share the Good News. Witnessing often feels intimidating, and many churches lack plans or programs for evangelism. Tragically, sharing God’s love – the very purpose for which we are here – often receives the least attention.
That’s why the Healthy Church Teaching Network (HCTN) exists: to train pastors and leaders in 197 nations to build thriving, disciple-making churches. HCTN provides free, proven tools to help leaders transform their congregations into an army of love, ready to fulfill the Great Commission.
This mission recently took root in Tijuana, Mexico, through an 8-month Healthy Church training program hosted by Fundación Emanuel Tijuana. This training, which was birthed out of a vision-casting gathering in early 2024 with key Hispanic church leaders in Southern California, led 150 pastors from Tijuana and surrounding communities on a transformative journey in which they were were trained in how to grow healthier churches that bring members, in raise up them up in discipleship and send them out to fulfill the Great Commission.
Recently these church leaders were commissioned at a graduation ceremony that honored their dedication to the training and their hearts to grow the Kingdom. Together, these leaders are stepping out with renewed vision, united to bring the Good News to their communities like never before.
