As the founding pastor of Saddleback Church with his wife Kay, Dr. Rick Warren leads a 30,000-member congregation in California with campuses in major cities around the world. Saddleback Church has more than 300 community ministries to serve groups including veterans, single parents, orphans, prisoners, addicts, and those living with a mental illness.
He also leads the Purpose Driven network of churches, a global coalition of congregations in 164 countries. More than 500,000 pastors and priests have been trained worldwide, and 212,000 church leaders subscribe to Pastor Rick’s Ministry Toolbox, his free weekly newsletter.

Dr. John Chesnut
CEO for Wycliffe Bible Translators USA
Dr. John Chesnut serves as the president/CEO for Wycliffe Bible Translators USA. He and his wife, Kelly, have been members of Wycliffe USA since 2001. Previously, he served as the chief development and partnerships officer for Wycliffe USA, as well as with SIL Philippines as associate director for personnel and partnerships, and then as director. Prior to that, John served as a U.S. pastor for 13 years. Dr. Chesnut earned his Bachelor of Arts in behavioral science with minors in biblical studies and philosophy from California Baptist College, as well as a Master’s in Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry from Denver Seminary. The Chesnuts live in Orlando, Florida. They have seven children and four grandchildren.
Executive Director, Jesus Film
Josh brings a range of experience to the role of Executive Director of Jesus Film Project. Shortly after graduating from Indiana University, he and his wife Holly joined staff of Campus Crusade for Christ as part of the first Jesus Film short term recording team. Through that experience, they developed a heart for the Muslim world, and worked with Bible translation partners in the Middle East to translate new versions of the “JESUS” film. After moving their family to serve in the North Africa, Middle East and Central Asia area, Josh began to lead the Global Church Movements for Campus Crusade for Christ. Simultaneously, Josh helped to launch two leadership teams to more effectively serve the thirty countries in the area, then served as Director of Leadership Development for North Africa and the Middle East. In 2013 Josh received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and joined the Jesus Film Project in as Director of Marketing of Communications and U.S Strategy. In 2018, Josh became the fourth Executive Director of Jesus Film Project, succeeding Erick Schenkel. He and Holly have been married for twenty years and have four children.
Founder & President of GCM Global Church Planting and head of Finishing the Task Body of Christ Coalition
Bekele Shanko, Global Vice President of Global Church Movements (GCM), was born and raised in Ethiopia. Before joining Campus Crusade for Christ, He worked for five years as a head of information management for the National HIV/AIDS Control Program in Ethiopia. Bekele holds a B.S. degree in Statistics and Mathematics from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia, M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and a doctorate in Global Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University. He joined full-time missionary work with Campus Crusade for Christ International in Ethiopia in 1993. Since then, he has held diverse leadership roles for the organization including national director for Ethiopia for five years, regional director for Southern and Eastern Africa for 11 years, and global vice president since 2010. Bekele and his wife Shewa and their four children, Nathan, Elim, Philip, and Nesiel, live in Orlando, FL.
Finishing The Task Global Strategist
Reverend Lisa Pak currently serves as the Global Strategist for Finishing The Task. Prior to joining the FTT Team, Lisa served as the Regional Director for Ontario and Nunavut at the Canadian Bible Society in addition to 14 years of pastoral ministry and church experience in South Korea, Singapore and Canada with a particular focus amongst the Korean Diaspora community. She is a second-generation Korean-Canadian ordained by the Korean Association of Independent Churches and Missions (KAICAM). She holds a MDiv and a MABL from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is currently enrolled at Tyndale University College and Seminary in the Doctor of Ministry program.
Executive Director - Doctor Of Ministry, Dmin, Talbot School Of Theology
After studying Spiritual Theology, receiving his Master’s in Christian Studies at Regent College, and his Doctorate of Ministry (Discipleship Track) at Talbot Seminary, Jason’s heart for prayer and other spiritual disciplines grew. Jason served for nine years as the Associate Pastor of Prayer at Christ the King Church (CTK) in Bellingham and in 2009, he resigned with a full blessing to become the President and Director of Light of the World Prayer Center.
Jason’s personal mission statement is to be an “extravagant worshiper of God, an anointed deliverer of men and a Godly husband and father.” He has been married 23 years, with 3 children. They attend Northlake Community Church.
